We are seeking an experienced Oracle AIA Lead/Architect to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing Oracle AIA solutions to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle technologies, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle AIA solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop integration strategies and architectures to support business processes.
- Oversee the development and testing of AIA components and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AIA components and services.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Stay updated with Oracle AIA advancements and evaluate their applicability to the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-17 years of experience in Oracle AIA architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SOA principles and Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
- Experience with Oracle AIA Foundation Pack and its components.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Solid experience in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BPM.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.
- Ability to work with databases (Oracle, SQL) and perform data migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
